The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were upgraded to a corner suite room that had a beautiful kitchen area with a nice selection of "tools" to use in food prep or reheating. In addition to coffee, there is a toaster, microwave, oven, cook-top and refridgerator - Anonymous
