Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

to Union Station. So we missed the train. A staff member stood in the
rain with us while we tried to get another cab. We couldn't get a
cab, but they let us continue to use our room for the day. This out-

... what people say » the helpful front desk staff as well as the room cleaners. Anna and Barbara did an excellent job of cleaning and restocking my room 317 when I stayed there earlier this week. They both deserve raises.
I also liked the guest use of the lobby computer as well as the continental breakfast.

This is my second stay at this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station).
The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and showers HOT.

The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, was excellent. - The stafff was very friendly and helpful. Eventhough they were very busy most of the time, they took time to answer questions and give directions. Very attentive to my needs.
