I had called ahead and verified my reservation and the gentlemen workedwith me ensuring that my room would be ready. Upon arrival to the hotel,he had upgraded my room to a suite. This was great customer service. Wehad to change rooms because our air went out as well as they had to re-set our door lock and it took over an hour however, the staff were verynice and professional. - Cordia

how close it was to everything we wanted to do, we could walk to Millennium Park, Grant Park, coffee shops, shopping and places to eat. Other attractions were only a short taxi ride away (Navy Pier and Shedd Aquarium were only $7 taxi each) - Courtney
