  Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? The one cup at a time coffee pot was great but if I had stayed in longer than an hour after getting up, more than one unit of coffee would... what people say » have been appreciated. - I liked the check in a lot: quick, friendly and professional guy. The only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very interesting but a little bit too much posters.

  the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

  All of the staff members I had contact with were helpful and respectful. They helped us find food, transportation, and made us feel extremely comfortable. This was my first time being in charge of a trip and they did an excellent job helping me and making me feel comfortable and confident. - Hotel was remodeled nicely, lighting and colors good. ... what people say » Balcony a great plus. Rooms were quiet and well insulated, despite surrounding area, including highway, and music from block party. Staff very friendly and helpful.
