All of the staff members I had contact with were helpful and respectful. They helped us find food, transportation, and made us feel extremely comfortable. This was my first time being in charge of a trip and they did an excellent job helping me and making me feel comfortable and confident. Hotel was remodeled nicely, lighting and colors good. Balcony a great plus. Rooms were quiet and well insulated, despite surrounding area, including highway, and music from block party. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Also Housekeeping was superb at their job; accommodating and friendly too!. Everything was perfect and clean. Even the bathroom was very clean. The reception staff was good council over city facilities and helping us to find and making reservation for restaurants. The locale was just what we needed to do our business in town. The staff was exceptionally friendly and I liked the way the second day parking charge did not start until after 2:00 P.M. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of Chicago. The room was very comfortable and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff treated us like first class. Ther were all friendly and professional. The room had a modern decor, comfy bedding and a great bathroom. We felt at home. Room was very clean, and the hotel is in a great location near everything. Very upscale feel without being too snooty about it. Free WiFi was also a plus. Staff were extremely helpful with tour recommendations and directions. I actually liked every thing , I would give this hotel 4 start. Clean rooms good bed. The staff was very friendly and polite! They were generous and we never received a complaint. The facility was clean and the room was spotless. The view was also a plus. It was only a mile and a half from union park & close to the 20 bus. Close to my son's apartment. safety and feel confortable. Spacious room. Hot water. Staff was great!. Clean Quiet. Room was comfortable, liked balcony for every room. Although we were right next to the freeway, sliding glass doors made it sound proof. Location was okay. Everything was great. The only suggestion that I have is that they place a waste basket in the lobby. We traveled to get there and we wanted to throw away some stuff from the car and had to ask the person behind the desk to take care of it. That was the only uncomfortable moment of the trip. The hotel was amazing. Tub drain was super slow in shower, really need to fix that. Room not on side of building I had requested. The staff was not very friendly or helpful at the desk and especially at the restaurant! Perhaps you shouldn't offer a free breakfast if you are not going to give good service or have it all help yourself beverages like Embassy Suites. Also parking fees for hotel guests are too high!. Maybe the autoway closed to the hotel but rooms are well isolated. The air conditioner was noisy but it did work well. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We had to wait at least 25 minutes to get our car from valet parking. We realize that it was a Sunday and many people were checking out at the same time. The valet drivers were very organized and were busting their butts, however, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we'd have to wait so long. There are not many cheap hotels downtown Chicago, but this place is definitely not for the budget conscious. The $250 / night "suite" was still small compared to different locations, but for a downtown Chicago hotel, it is nice. The location was quit far frin the attraction. Located 10 meters above a 8 lane freeway so traffic noise all day and night. It cost $36 to park...:-(. When I saw pictures of the room online, it appeared to be much bigger than it was. My only problem was it was way too small for 4 people. I wish the pictures showed all the actual dimensions. There were bugs in our room. Like beetle/cockroach type bugs. Carpetvwas dirty. the toilet very bad, water flow out when bath. no devider or glass,. Under construction. The hotel address was wrong in the app. Its east not west. Parking really expensive. The hallways and room smelled musty and old! Carpets definitely need replacing! And parking was ridiculous. Not welcoming staff Sometimes rude. It took me 45 minutes to get my car when leaving. The valet disappeared with my keys to get the car, and the hotel staff had difficulty locating him. The car arrived with a dirty towel in it that he had left...quite surreal!. -Raised prices based on events in town. -Staff was friendly, but I didn't feel like they were really going out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. Hidden charges. $50.00 non-refundable per night fee. Charged for every night...(non refundable!!!!) what a rip-off!!!overchared my debit card $300.00. clerk kept running my card thru so many times it left me no money in my account. Tv was very small and had a terrible picture not much selection of channels. Key card did not work in elevator 3 times. Billed for car parking..I had no car. Front desk staff kept questioning our room since computer had us checked out.We had to explain twice we were still there.
