  I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked. Parking is expensive, but I appreciated being able to park overnight in the garage attached to the buildin... what people say » g. Price included breakfast. We enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes & cups, coffee pot, and popcorn in the room, in addition to - I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.

  All I have to say is AMAZING!!! Best place we have ever stayed!! Staff were very friendly and answered all questions and concerned promptly! We stayed with 4 young children in a 2 bedroom apt, and it was fantastic! So much better than a regular hotel room! Thank you bridgestreet for the fanta - The hotel was located at 'the loop', where everything happend in Chicago. It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

  The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown!   Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.

  I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful.
