  The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. In addition to coffee, there is a toaster, microwave, oven, cook-top and refridgerator - Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and comfy. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid. In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick. Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

Starting our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen, helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues.   Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator?   We loved everything. We have stayed at several large and boutique hotels on the Gold Coast and the Peninsula is probably the best across the board. I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. - The location couldn't have been more convenient! But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night.
