Its a pleasure for me to stay in this most hospitable hotel i have ever stayed here in dubai. All staffs are very dependable in the reception most esp.the only lady in this hotel named Joana made my stay complete for her helpful and assistive guides and i saw not only for me but for other guests too. Restaurant and room service are kind too, i will really recommend this hotel to my family and friends who will travel in dubai to come in this wonderful hotel.thank you so much!

Staff, especially the front of house and reception staff were absolutely excellent and always willing to help. The rooftop pool is excellent and inviting. The rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and polite. The location is ideal being close to metro station and small grocery shops. There is an excellent array and choice of bars and always something good to do on any night of the week.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

Only 3 stops on the metro (4.60) from the airport and adjacent to Union Station.
Rooms are huge, we were group of eight and booked a 4 bedroom and a 2 bedroom but we all stayed in the 4 Brm unit of 2 desperate double bedroom, huge sitting room with pullout Dble bed, separate Kitchen laundry and dining room.

Savoy Crest is in every sense of the word, a tourist delight. With my wife and 2 children, our expectations were indeed surpassed. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe

Great place, friendly staff, good facilities, lovely pool and helpful staff there and at the gym. Apartments great size and all you needed there. Very comfortable stay, will definitely return! :) Taxis always available and reasonable so location not really an issue. Great bakery and supermarkets in the vicinity. Beach and park only 10-15 mins in taxi. Dubai marina about 20 mins away. Can't wait to return to this great, value for money hotel :)
