During my stay in Al Bustan I was privileged to book a club room, which entitles me an access to the Executive Lounge Club, The Hosting and welcome was amazing, I loved the friendly staff and the flexible smooth way of approaching me. Above all the Executive Lounge was just the perfect place for me to relax after my exams, my I enjoyed spending my leisure time there I can choose to watch the TV or non, I seized the free internet in the lounge, The refreshment were various and nice. all reviews » Nice staff We recommend booking the Executive-Lounge deal; it includes internet, food (morning, afternoon, evening) and tea, coffee, juices, water, but no alcohol, which for us was not a problem And Rachael and Jennifer are very friendly and helpful It's quiet in the corridors and during the night Good food Quite close to the Dubai Women's Higher Colleges of Technology, which is why we booked at Al Bustan Centre & Residence. Provide good TV channel to all rooms because all countries different peoples are coming to stay. Most of the visitors coming for visit their relatives and site seeing. All the day they are out of the room and night they coming to take rest by the time they switch on TV they will get, what ever the TV channel is there most of it in Arabic, I like this channel but you have to provide other channel also. Thank and best regards. Everything, the club room, the executive lounge, the reception which was very good, and all the members of the bustan hotel who works there are very nice and frendly. The room is awesome. I really enjoy that. And too many shop there and everything to eat nea, very good location and the metro is near too. It was like my home. I needed one item which was missing of which they cannot provide. Next time I am coming to Dubia I shall bring it to make my stay complete. All staff went out of their way to be helpful. Comfortable beds and great breakfast... Staff were great; front desk, house keeping etc.... Easy to find and close to the airport and RTA (train). 1-Close to many shopping places. 2-Includes its own shopping center and food court, 3-Mcdonalds came in handy for night owels. 4-plenty parking. It was an amazing value for money as it was a very nice hotel for an average amount of money. And it also had a nice breakfast buffet. No disturbance at all. Excellent reception staff. The location, it is great to have a hotel 50metres away from the metro. The breakfast buffet was attractive. The idea that you can leave the hotel and straightaway you are in a mall. No sun protection above the pool no benches for people to relax and read outside when it gets cooler, although there would be room for quite a few benches! Freezing in the corridors Not much to do in the area. Someone was using a hammer in the room above ours on Friday afternoon. Please make sure it doesn't happen on that day. I do not remember any thing . The brakefast was good. If I remember I will let you know. The colour of our room door, it's green, would suggest an oak color door.....or similar... Nothing in particular. None. The pool got a bit busy with children but it was a local holiday so this could attribute to this. The Pullout sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. 1- Costly Wifi, 30AED/person/hr way too much. 2- TV old tube type 3- No adherance to the no smoking wings. The kitchen wasn't very nice and toiletries were of a bad quality. The sofa bed hadn't been made up on arrival even though we had booked for 2 adults 2 children, and we had to call reception twice to request this. the only thing we didn't like is the TV set there which is very old fishin. Poor ventilation. Absence of TV in the family rooms. Inadequate of information about other facilities within the hotel. Non avalability of interconnectivity within the room,except on request. Most rooms are smoking and nowdays thats not acceptable. Non smokers find tobacco smells awful. Also the TVs are old fashioned especially for a county like Dubai. They should all be flat screen on the wall. Not a 5-star hotel as they claim in their promotion. letsbookhotel.com should classify them as 4-star intstead. This is not downgrading of the hotel but it really does not compare to 5-star ones in Dubai. The room smelled of tobacco and had an ash tray. No Earl Grey Tea at breakfast. The hotel should be equiped fully for example dental kit Would like to suggest loyality cards from letsbookhotel.com. The Worst Wifi Internet Policy I've seen all my life. Not enough towels and plankets and if you order they supply it and take it back next day's clean up, or they say "dont have" . N/A. No refund on long internet outages, Outdated room decor & fittings, Location of breakfast room. Ordered a taxicab for early morning to go to the airport. Cab wasn't there, they were very friendly to help with an alternative solution. I did have some stress if I was gonna catch my flight. Everything worked out though. Half board option could include lunch or dinner but as we were out during the day went for the evening meal option but this meant we could only eat in the fod court which was a bit like a shopping mall rather than the restaurant. The rates were little bit higher. Pool is very small. Breakfast menu has limited options. Only one type shops in the mall. very poor internet wifi and it is costly. Nothing .. none. I didn't like the idea of paying to use the Internet and the Business centre was only available until 8pm. It should be free and available 24 hours, like many other hotels. The location is far from city center and malls, about 20 km. carpets is not cleaned well. Swimming pool size. the WI-FI is not free for the guest. 1. The location of the hotel is very distant from Dubai's main shopping and leisure centers. 2. The gym was fully equipped, BUT men and women gyms were SEPERATED! 3. The hotel is more suitable for traditional muslim families. 4. One could rarely find a woman in the swimming pool. Masculine atmosphere!. The apartment is old, and the TV very old. The swimming pool is small and far. the location is far from the most new shopping areas and is very expensive. The reception staff need to be more friendly and make things more comfortable for the guests by informing them of the facilities that are available in the hotel. Even the staff at tourist counter were very incompetent. The over all experience was not satisfactory. responce from the staff is very poor. they are not cooprative with the guest. the security system in the basement for the cars need to be improved also the interance for the car parking need to be revised to make the enterence and exit from the same place. very crowded small pool which is not at all acceptable. the hotel guest should have a separate pool. that pool is for hundreds of permanent residence.. the room has to be odour free. Attached mall and rates. It's category is apartment hotel but the units are only hotel rooms with a kitchen. The smile in the room. needs maintenance specially with the bathrooms as the water there is very slowly! Also the place for the breakfast is too far! it must be near the lobby not inside the centre. Room very por for the price charged. 1- the room rate is very high. 2- we have to walk long with our luggege through the mall to reach our room.
