  It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely. On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery. Very helpful staff.   The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside.   As a family traveling with a 15month old, the two bedroom apartment walking out to the pool (room 101) we hired was ideal. Some of the rooms located closer to the carpark can be more noisy. There are two beaches located nearby. Surin beach is the closer, and cleaner, whilst Bang Tao is a further walk.   This hotel is awesome! Yes, there are a lot of steps to climb but if you are in fairly good shape it won't be a problem and the view is worth it! The hotel breakfast is wonderful and displays a wide variety of choices. The pool is a good size and we never had a problem finding a place to lounge either in the sun or shade. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality.   It was one of my best trip/vacation so far. Hotel is located almost in a single island, peaceful and quite, perfect for relaxing. Beach was ok, the endless pools are beautiful, but consider we booked the pool access room, public pools doesn't mean much for us. Highly suggested pool access room! Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

  We only stayed for one night on our way to Koh Phi Phi. The rooms were nice and relaxing after being on a long plane ride. The food was good. We did not get a massage or visit the spa. - Very friend staff and fast services. Great value for money.
