It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely.
On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was
relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was
good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery.

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

As a family traveling with a 15month old, the two bedroom apartment walking out to the pool (room 101) we hired was ideal.
Some of the rooms located closer to the carpark can be more noisy.
There are two beaches located nearby. Surin beach is the closer, and cleaner, whilst Bang Tao is a further walk. The latter beach has a better local flavor.

This Place is fantastic,, luxury at a very reasonable price. I was here for a friends wedding in The Surin and it was perfect. Our two bed apartment was spotlessly clean and had every thing we wanted or needed. Great staff and beautiful cheap food!

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Big, light rooms. Perfect garden of flowers and tropical plants, but in spite of it - no insects in rooms at all. Fresh, tasty breakfast with enough variety of menu. Good restaurant with delicious courses. Clean pool with fresh and rather good cocktails in bar at it. Most of all i'm impresed by polite, smily and professional staff. Thank them for everything.

Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -

We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

We only stayed for one night on our way to Koh Phi Phi. The rooms were nice and relaxing after being on a long plane ride. The food was good. We did not get a massage or visit the spa. -
Very friend staff and fast services. Great value for money.
