  It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely. On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery. Very helpful staff.   Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand).   The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside.   Personalen är gudomligt trevlliga ,alltid !! - Fina rum, härlig pool. Gymet och tennisbanorna som skulle finnas låg långt ifrån hotellet och var därför svårutnyttjade. Det fanns få matställen i området så det blev till att äta dyrt på hotellet. Maten var dock god.

  As a family traveling with a 15month old, the two bedroom apartment walking out to the pool (room 101) we hired was ideal. Some of the rooms located closer to the carpark can be more noisy. There are two beaches located nearby. Surin beach is the closer, and cleaner, whilst Bang Tao is a further walk. She assisted with bookings, guided us and I later found out baked the - This Place is fantastic,, luxury at a very reasonable price. I was here for a friends wedding in The Surin and it was perfect. Our two bed apartment was spotlessly clean and had every thing we wanted or needed. Great staff and beautiful cheap food!

  This hotel is awesome! Yes, there are a lot of steps to climb but if you are in fairly good shape it won't be a problem and the view is worth it! The hotel breakfast is wonderful and displays a wide variety of choices. The pool is a good size and we never had a problem finding a place to lounge either in the sun or shade. Fresh, tasty breakfast with enough variety of menu. Good restaurant with delicious courses. Clean pool with fresh and rather good cocktails in bar at it. Most of all i'm impresed by polite, smily and professional staff. Thank them for everything.

  Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area.   It was one of my best trip/vacation so far. Hotel is located almost in a single island, peaceful and quite, perfect for relaxing. Beach was ok, the endless pools are beautiful, but consider we booked the pool access room, public pools doesn't mean much for us. Highly suggested pool access room! As soon as you feel too much heat, step back to room, and is chill ag - We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

  We only stayed for one night on our way to Koh Phi Phi. The rooms were nice and relaxing after being on a long plane ride. The food was good. We did not get a massage or visit the spa. - Very friend staff and fast services. Great value for money.
