  We booked 4 nights in Amber Hotel. Arrived in Amber Hotel on 19th September, we were told the hotel was overbooked and we were asked to move in to other hotel for the first night. The staff from Amber hotel promised to upgrade our room for the rest of our stay. The Hotel we moved in was horrible. The first night in Amber, air-condition was not working, staff - The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is such a great value for money in terms of comfortability, cleanliness and facilities. It is also a new hotel with great design. The location is fair, about 700 meters to the nearest BTS Chong Nonsi (approximately 10 minutes walk). However, the heat of the day in Bangkok makes it feel like miles away from the sky train, let alone the busy traffic all the time of the day.
