Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! Make sure you go up to Vertigo for dinner or a drink -

the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe).

The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and courteous. I arrived very early in the morning, yet they allowed me to check in and go to my room long before the official check in time. Bearing in mind the location it was very quiet, with very little outside noise. - Perfect location just next to the night market. Lovely little pool area

The Santhorn Grace was super functional, clean, accommodating staff , and we enjoyed our stay. The price is a bit high but the staff was so incredibly nice and helped us with many requests, so it was well worth the price at the end of the day. -

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.
