  The staff were really helpful and polite/friendly. They made sure we had a quiet room towards the back (furthest from Sathorn Road, and not on the side facing the Australian Embassy, where the traffic noise seems to come in more). The room was clean and comfortable, with shower, jug, fridge, etc. in working order. They weren't too busy, and there ... what people say » were no package (groups of) tourists, so that made for a pleasant stay :). - The hotel is very convenient for embassies in Bangkok. Not very far from some nightlife and night markets you could walk it but I hailed a taxi and it was only 40 thb to get there. The reception is very helpful and the manager could not do enough.

  I really liked this hotel. A friend and I rented a designer 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel daily breakfast was great.   beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.   Great location. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Fair value for money (you dont seem to get a lot for your money in this part of the world). Overall id recommend this hotel to those travelling on a budget. The standard rooms are fair. I think the rooms at the top are significantly nicer so it might be worth paying more for these. The staff/owners are so friendly and helpful. Communication in English is not an issue here. Breakfast is simple but that's enough for us, if travel in a group as us, the staff may prepare special breakfast eg porridge/noodle. BTS or LRT are not too far.
