The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly - really made our stay feel special. Fabulous hotel - it's new so everything was very modern and contemporary and loved the room, large, stylish and spotless. The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it

Apartment is big and it has a cozy balcony. I rented 3 rooms apartment for 4 nights for less than SGD600. It's only $200 per room for 4 nights which is quite cheap. It's not far from major malls though not really near. Bout 15-20 mins walk. It's really near if you take a cab though. Many massage parlors nearby.
