Butler service is amazing, speaks english well and he remembers his guests. I wanted to tip him but he wasn't around after i tried to get my money each time. I will make sure to do it the next time I am there. All hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. I went down to the lobby to ask them with help for Mac-delivery and they gladly assisted with the translation and address. They even guide the driver up to my room when the food arrived. Room is more than perfect. Very clean and comfortable.

Fabulous hotel - it's new so everything was very modern and contemporary and loved the room, large, stylish and spotless. Bit over-awed by Bangkok the first day but once you work out that using the sky metro is the best way to get around (including reaching the river - after that use the river boats to reach temples) its a lot easier - and check out the Paragon Siam shopping centre nearby (but don't bother . Welcome drinks was delicious. Great hotel with excellent location in the heart of Bangkok. Staff is very helpful and quick to answer to your request. Rooms are immaculate. Japanese toilets with a lot of cool features. Whether you like the style or not, the decoration is very well executed. Finally, breaskfast has many choices from cold to hot, some dishes are done on demand. Although taxis are always at the doors, Butlers can help you get on using their meter, without having to bargain. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous, not to mention efficient. The buffet breakfast had a pretty decent variety and it tasted good too. The rooms were larger than other hotels that were more expensive, it was clean and spacious, and I loved the turn down service at night where they make the beds and leave you with a plate of cookies. The attention to small details like that makes a world of difference. The location of the hotel is very good - near 4 big shopping malls and Siam Square. The rooms are very nice designed and with very comfortable bed. You can rent DVD's for free from the reception and enjoy your movie while staying in the bath tub. The swimming pool was hardly a pool, felt more like a big pond, but then again you're in the city and your goal is probably to shop, so not a big deal. There is no SPA in the hotel. The swimming pool is with very nice design but it is not good for swimming. The swimming pool was not really suitable for swimming, they don't have any fitness room or spa. All was perfect except the fact that in the restaurant where we were having breakfast the AC was too low that I was always freezing. I told them to reduce it but it was still the same. Breakfast could be better especially with an espresso coffee maker. The breakfast could improve. Not so many choices. The omelette and fruit were fine, but I missed som fresh baked warm bread and some more choices as in other 5 star hotels. The location of the swimming pool its too open and visible from lobby and restaurant. Breakfast is between mediocre and forgettable. Staff is ok but lack of enthusiasm. Pool is awful, it is just a fountain and never seen anyone step inside. Breakfast was a bit poor but said to improve soon. It is on one of the main roads, so you get street noise - but if you're looking for nice and quiet, Bangkok might not be the city for you! ;-). Only one thing. The staf which serve on breakfast should be learn about quality service - the dirty stuff can be on table to the end of breakfast. Nobody ask if you want drink coffe or tea. Maybe it is a peanuts but in this class of hotel this details should be improved. swimming pool and breakfast are not impressive, but it is really not a big deal. Drinks are extremely expensive in the restaurant. The noise is absolutely disturbing. The hotel is right across one main driving street we could not enjoy the pool nor the outside terrass When we left they almost askzd us to open our luggage to verify if we had stolen the slippers that wer missing... Not very 5 stars... The wifi was not working very well. I found the room service menu poor for my tast, only Asian food, which is fine for those who like that. A very slow wifi connection. Otherwise, I truly recommend the hotel. its all good ,,,,,. Breakfast was so-so but not terrible. Also, the English address on the site was wrong so I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel initially. The room is too pretty that I keeping thinking of the bed and wanting to go back to hotel.... the room is not very big, and the location of the bathtub between the bad and the toilet is not comfortable. Rooms a little impractical, not really a five star. Nothing. Too close to the main road. (Very minor) - coffee at breakfast is awful American filter coffee. If you order cappuccino instead you have to pay. Cleaning the rooms and restocking supplies could have been more efficient. The restaurant could have had a varied spread. No spa. No gym, spa. Breacfast was too expansive, wi fi in the room was poor. Everything is perfect !. BTS tracks run just next to the hotel so some noises can be heard to the room. i stayed there for 6 days. And the breakfast kind of boring. They served almost the same menu everyday. Hope they can change and improve this part. Staff was excellent except one person named Bob whom behavior during the breakfast was awful. Very very noisy on the poolside. No plug for MP3 player. The hotel is not near to MBK shopping mall as mentioned. Nothing.
