THE LOCATION Of this hotel is very good 2 mins to bts . 10 mins to shopping mall Mbk . The staff is nice n attended to my needs within 15 mins time frame .they been helpful in giving out directions as well as help me get a taxi to airport on my last day . It is safe to walk back to hotel after shops close as hotel is well lite. There's 7 / 1 1 close by as well as local people selling fresh fruits on foot paths near hotel . The bedroom is quite big n bed is very comfortable . The lift n wifi is .
all reviews » Excellent location, skytrain stop in front of the entrance of the hotel. Staff very helpful and the room was very clean and very quiet. Biggest commercial centers of Bkk (siam discovery, siam center, paragon and mbk) at walking distance.. Certainly highly recommended!. They accommodated my last minute request for an extra person in the room. They also allowed early check in. The hotel is located right at the BTS station and a short walk to the shopping malls. Easy access to nearby shopping areas,hotel vicinity safe n clean, prices reasonable, recieved a surprise birthday cake on my birthday, awesome n very thoughtful!. very friendly staff, good location, easy to access with any mode transportation, very suitable if we wanted to go shopping around bangkok...complete breakfast. Doors too close to each other at corner rooms. Opening and closing of doors fm neighbouring rooms can b heard. Sound insulation poor. Toilet too small for comfort . Shower area miserably small . We have to asked house keeping to clean our room everyday. They supposed already have schedule to clean all the room without the guest need to ask them first. Breakfast limited selection. Staff in the hotel are not the standard of the accor hotels,a smile is always necessary and good service. Pretty cold, no warmth. Colour scheme and hotel room size including tiny bathroom was big let down. And where the hell is your orange pillow. No connection between theme and reality. Never stay again. Pls increase the price a bit and provide facilities like tooth brush and toiletries pls, going back to novatel expertuance .
