Staff were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. The room was lovely and spacious with an amazing view of the city. The price was excellent for the standard you receive.The have a shuttle service to the nearest underground station which is helpful.
It takes a while to get around the city so wherever you stay expect a bit of a journey in the city traffic when going by taxi. Lovely pool.

The room is clean and well-equipped with basic amenities i.e.hairdryer, soap, shampoo,etc. Staff is really friendly and can speak english well. Location is perfect, on the main street. BTS station is literally 30steps away from the hotel's entrance. This makes travelling around easy. Lift is small but can still fit our two big luggages. -

Central enough but you do need to walk a fair bit to the bts station but
Silom is close to Sukhumvit and other areas of interest. Would def stay
here again when I visit Bangkok.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is such a great value for money in terms of comfortability, cleanliness and facilities. It is also a new hotel with great design. The location is fair, about 700 meters to the nearest BTS Chong Nonsi (approximately 10 minutes walk). However, the heat of the day in Bangkok makes it feel like miles away from the sky train, let alone the busy traffic all the time of the day. Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient.
