Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient. Recommended. Excellent location. Only 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 mall. Decent cafe next door and a supermarket which is just 2 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped for basic cooking.
all reviews » Citadines Sukhumvit 16 was a good apart-hotel i stay, the hotel located really near with Foodland, Japan Resto, easiest way and nearest way to find halal-food..I recommend it anyway. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for 2 people. The kettle, microwave, and fridge were a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and stylish. It was almost 2 rooms - bedroom and small hall with the sofa. Hotel is very close to BTS. Friendly stuff. We like the location that near BTS, 24 hours supermarket Foodland, Terminal 21 shopping mall, Boots. The clean bathroom and kitchen. -The close proximity to the skytrain station (BTS) - within a walikg distance. - Staff's friendliness and attentiveness. King couple Bed should more large. There only few selections for breakfast. Is very hard to control the water temperature when we wanna take bath.Although is near BTS station,is quite dark if we come back late. Expensive for what you got. Shower. Bathrooms are looking a bit dated. The towels are too old and no tooth brush and paste. Premium Internet connection is very expensive for the quality. But you must get it to have an acceptable speed...
