  The hotel is very nice and the rooms were very modern and spacious. The staff was excellent, always smiling and willing to assist me with any need. Most of th - This was recommended by my cousin and boy was he right. Key positives include: very cordial staff, english speaking, the place is extremely clean and modern. Best of all it is very centrally located and there is no other hotel where the tube station exit is at its doorstep. The rooms were very quiet during the night. I would personally make sure i stay there whenever i go to BKK. For those who bank with Citi, well, there is a Citi branch right next door too. P.S. one of the days it was raining

Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time.
