  Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any... what people say » one specially to my company staff and my family member . - The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

  My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. Even taking a taxi to the airport is not expensive. The male staff members are much more friendlier than the female staff. The male staff at the entrance are very h... what people say » elpful. This hotel is next to the big duty free shopping mall, so easy for shopping lovers. The hotel room is modern, spacious, clean and neat. I wou - The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

  Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities. Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it. P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. - We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away. We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too. All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

  Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab!   As a hotelier myself I loved everything about St Regis Bangkok, Architectural interior details exceptional, design, spa, pool (although a bit small) comfort, location, has direct excess to the sky-train. Italian restaurant at ground floor looks great but did not get a change to eat hopefully next time.. Met gm, F&B Manager and Italian Chef and... what people say » they all seems to be hands on types and very friendly and chatty. Will certainly go back and recommend friends.. - The butler service; they were at your door taking care of your needs. And the best of all is The Chief Butler he is an amazing person he did everything he could to ensure we get what we need at the right time.   The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... what people say » their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.
