  The staff and the location. - I was in an annexe of the hotel, just around the corner from the mainbuilding. As such, it was very quiet and private. The staff wereextremely helpful and welcoming. Also, the location of this hotel issecond to none, very close to the Plaza del Pilar.

  The amazing central position and it is also very near a good secure public car park. Have stayed in Zaragoza before but not as close to the square. Amazingly cheap. Fab shower - The hotel had been recently refurbishd and it was lovely to stay in somewhere so new and clean.

  The only problem we encountered was marked difficulty getting to the hotel by car. We drove around for almost two hours until a couple got in the car and using the GPS on their phone, found a route. Otherwise, the hotel could not have been better. There are not many places where you can get a room for the night with en-suite bathroom for 36 Euros. The room was well decorated to a high standard and very clean and comfortable.   Excellent location and the staff is so friendly - when I arrived too late and restaurants weren't open, the receptionist gave me his granola bar! Also, spotlessly clean. - especially I like staff.they were so friendly. that was really nice and comfortable hostal. and location was for me very convenient
