  Excellent location and the staff is so friendly - when I arrived too late and restaurants weren't open, the receptionist gave me his granola bar! Also, spotlessly clean. - especially I like staff.they were so friendly. that was really nice and comfortable hostal. and location was for me very convenient

  This should be at least a three-star hotel. The staff was very kind, helpful and they knew English. The room and bathroom was very new and cleaned everyday. The room has an air conditioner and a big TV. Wifi had a perfect signal from my room. Price was very good for a single-person room. Hostel is located on a big avenue which you can find everyth... what people say » ing from nice restaurants to huge shopping malls. 10 minute walk to the historical city centre. - We liked the excellent value for money. There are not many places where you can get a room for the night with en-suite bathroom for 36 Euros. The room was well decorated to a high standard and very clean and comfortable. Just what the traveller needs on a budget. Would highly recomment 10 out of 10.

  Exellent location. Exellent reception staff - thay helped us in everything. Everything is exellent exept one - windowns are locked so if you like fresh night ang mourning air you'll be failed. - Nice large room in a good location, beautifully decorated and very professional staff. Restaurant (Bearne) is also very good and reasonable.

  Great little place! Easy to find, staff helpful and the bed was very comfy. We booked for two nights and we got a total bargain! We had a double with ensuite which suited our city stay as we wanted to experience the pintxos bars. If you're looking for luxury, ultra modern and sleek this isn't your place! Parking nearby is £19.50 per day but you ca... what people say » n park on the road nearby for free between 8pm and 9am. - We had a quiet double room with a private bathroom and even a fridge for 17 euros a day (special deal), that was great. Close to the downtown. It is possible to park for free in the street nearby at the weekends and between 9 pm and 9 am (then if one is lucky can find a place behind the closed railway station about 10 minutes walking from the pension).

  The staff were really good, especially as I was practicing my Spanish. Taxis, check in , check out went well. Gym staff also really helpful and attentive. That was really good. Good services, internet - generally satisified. The hotel location was also very good. - lovely hotel, very central, very helpful staff
