  This is a charming small hotel in the center of the historic part of Seville. The room was a little small but it was well decorated and very clean. To reach the hotel, you have to walk from a nearby taxi drop off point....don't try finding this one on your own.   The room overlooked the Dona Elvira Plaza, two french window/doors opened to take in all of the charm. Sidewalk cafes right outside the hotel made things easy. The hotel was very clean, attended to and the staff was one of the most cheerful, attentive and personable we experienced in all of spain. They made it special for us.   Crazily I booked the gorgeous rooftop apartment in the middle of July. After a couple of hours in the apartment we had to request a move - just too hot for us after arriving from the Melbourne winter. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. We were moved to an apartment on a lower floor and could not have been happier. The apartment was... what people say » just as beautiful, comfortable, and thankfully cooler. The plaza the apartment is situated in is very nice, quiet and conveniently close to the Alca - The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too. We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too. The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner. These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

  The hotel staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival the travel cot had not been provided. I am unsure whether this was the fault of the hotel or LetsBookHotel.com but the problem was soon resolved. - The closeness of the hotel to the Santa Justa Train Station and The Sevilla Futbol Stadium.
