  This was a fabulous hotel! It is very small (only 12 rooms in all). We were on our honeymoon and out of 5 different hotels we stayed at this was our favorite! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic! A few steps down from the hotels front door is the Cathedral (the third largest in the world and where Christop... what people say » her Columbus is buried)! - Location (although might be a problem for car travellers), really closeto the sightseeings. The room was spacious and nice, good facilities.The staff was really friendly, they even lend us a laptop to use in theroom for no extra charge (we only paid for internet, and it veryreasonable).

  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus.
