  This is a wonderful place to stay! Our apt was clean and it had everything we needed. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants, and for sightseeing. Most important was the hospitality of Cristina.she was awesome! She helped us with details from the airport, places of interest to see, and when our flight was cancelled and moved to the next da... what people say » y, she made sure we could we stay another night. If we get to Seville again, we would stay there again!! - Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening. The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

  The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle... what people say » s in Puerta del Sol, a bit of a longer walk, but worthwhile for the value. The apartment is convenient to the city bus system for transport into and - Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings, that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I strongly recommend it!

  We loved staying in Seville, especially in such a beautifully maintained apartment in a lovely block, situated in the heart of the old town. Mayte was a very helpful and generous host. Our stay was short and we would love to stay longer next time and would be very happy to stay in the same apartment. - The apartment is fully equipped with everyth... what people say » ing you need. The upstairs terrace is very enjoyable and so the upstairs bedroom which is quieter. The owner Maite is a lovely and cooperative person and gave us precious tips and support when needed. I would definitely return to this apartment hotel.

  The building has obviously recently renovated and rebuilt with excellent taste and attention to detail. We stayed in two suites on two different occasions and both were extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there. The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

  Everything was perfect. This was the best place, where stayed during our trip across Andalucia. Both Marina and Estefania are very kind, when talking with them it felt as if we were friends. They were always attentive and helpful, when we had questions or requests. They gave us lots of useful information on where to go, what to see and do, and man... what people say » y excellent restaurant recommendations. The house, including the apartments, the courtyard and the rooftop terrace are beautifully designed and very c - We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation, giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local attractions.   The room, double, was spacious, comfortable and clean; the bed was very comfortable so we slept well: important when you're walking around town all day! Location was ideal, right in the middle of things that we wanted to visit, eg the bull-ring.   Love love love this hotel! Javier, the owner is the nicest sweetest most helpful person! He is always around throughout the weekdays and if you ask him for something he does it right away. The apartment is large and beautiful and cleaned everyday including the dishes! The kitchenette comes with a microwave, stove top and an electric tea kettle and... what people say » plates and utensils. The location is amazing, though it takes a couple tries to realize the quickest paths to everything. The cathedral, giralda, alc - Location was superb. Central Seville was within easy walking distance. There are heaps of bars and tapas places very close by for meals. The super market is 50-100mtrs up the road and there is even a French bakery selling gorgeous bread just a few shops away. The apartment we had was a studio and was quite compact but generally well equipped. The bathroom was a good size. It was nice that there was a reception of sorts, with someone onsite to answer our questions. Definitely make time to

Having spent 5 nights there, we would highly recommend it and would wish to stay the - Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well. Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center. The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.
