  I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. I booked a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife on April and got a call from letsbookhotel.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before the hol... what people say » idays! So we had no choice (all the hotels were already booked at Tenerfie), booked at Udalla Park hotel. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo - - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... what people say » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The staff at reception were always helpful and courteous. The room was always very clean, and I got very good maid service every two days. The beds were comfortable - better than some other apartments! - Upgraded free to two bed apartment from one. Maid service and linen changes alternate days.   Myself and husband stayed at Columbus for the 4th time room was a studio apartment very big and maids cleaned every day, staff where pleasant and helpful and Hotel was very clean, if need quiet room you need new block at back of hotel by other swimming pool, the sun shines that side all day also shines if in rooms with odd numbers as face swimming... what people say » pool. Hotel really good if people jump in pool during night they are fined or asked to leave Hotel, Location is fa - The studio room we stay in was very big ,it was clean it was one of the best apts I stayed in .couldn't fault it at all.staff were excellent very helpful.

  Very nice and quiet place, good choice of dinning around. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel (and quite cheap as children eat free of charge). No problem with parking. - very helpful hotel staff, hotel looked better in life than on the website; very close to the ocean; nice and clean apartment; good breakfast

  Very clean and perfect location , airport bus stop just at the corner ( La Paz) .Botanic Garden not far from us and big supermarket opposite. We got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots of bars , restaurants and shops .So we did't need to walk down to centro and walked back over 300 steps. Taxi is cheap only €3.25 . 4... what people say » ring hobs with oven ( we never have before in other resorts) lots of space for one bed apartment lots of chairs and glass table, just like home. Sea - I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice. The value/price is very good. The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite. The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained. Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.

  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. BTW, the price is also attractive and it counted for our decision to stay at Bellavista Mi - Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.
