  We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner . The rooms were cleaned every day , pool and surroundings very clean . Food quite good and the waiters work hard trying to serve all those who eat in the restaurant. Special thanks to Thomas (one of the waiters... what people say » ) who was very helpful and gave us lots of details about the area and what is worth seeing there. In one day, really was our guide showing us the way - A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation! Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

  Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk!   Peaceful location, generally good facilities, friendly staff, value for money, pleasing ambience - The room was extremely confortable, clean and luxurious; we especially liked the terrace with the long chairs. The bedding (a nice new duvet) was extremely confortable. The breakfast buffet was very very good, it is especially pleasant to eat outsid... what people say » e on the terrace. The environment of the hotel was very peaceful and calm...this was by far the best hotel we stayed in during out 10 day circuit-stay in Tenerife.

  staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money
