Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well. Service was first class from start to finish breakfast was included and a good choice and quality. Rooms were amazing view ,clean and space.bar prices were also very good for a hotel of this quality. location was beach front and close to everything you could need would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
all reviews » Very helpful staff. Big selection for breakfast. Staff went out of their way to make sure my sick child was able to eat something. The location is great, lots of restaurants within a two block radius, plus the Lago Martianez is also walking distance. I liked the fact that it was a friendly and relaxing atmosphere close to the seafront and shops The food at the hotel was excellent and our room was very large and comfortable with a balcony and sea view. We went around 3pm when the sun was behind the hotel and thus not heating the water anymore. Instead of going around noon, we decided to go to the Lago Martianez instead. Also, the parking is quite expensive at 12€ a day but at least it was secure and guaranteed. Having to pay daily for the safe in the bedroom. No air conditioning. The hotel only switches it on in the 'summer' even though it reached 26C when we were there. No tea/coffee included in the bedroom rate. It could be provided for an extra charge. Pillows a bit hard. Why do the Reception staff have to treat the customers as if they are stupid and in the way, stopping them (the receptionists) chatting to their fellow workers. They think that they are more important than the guests. - No minibar/fridge in the room - Some annoying policies like having to pay for the use of safe (haven't seen that ever before) or to pay a deposit for pool towels. - Lack of personnel in the reception. There was nothing to dislike. Nothing. Not enough elevators for so much people. Would have liked gym facilities to be available earlier in morning - 10.30 too late - disrupts morning ! Lift capacity too limited at e.g breakfast time for size of hotel - slow and often full !. Food in restaurant is quite various but unfortunately just 'standard' quality. The food could be more variuous and spicy, because it looks like more adapted to older people. Pretty poor evening buffet meal,more like school dinner.Pool in shade most of day. The door from the restaurant to the terrace causing a draught. A self closing door would have been welcome. Laundry, parking and safe are overpriced. Noisy becouse of conditioner Bad ocean bottom. Giving two communicating rooms to people who don´t travel together. The door between the rooms is far from soundproof. No refrigerator - room comfort could be better - to plane food, quality could be better. Everything was very very slow. Check in took us 1,5 hours, and still we couldn't get our keys as the key programming machine broke. Waiters at dinner were very slow to bring your drinks... Parking is costly - 12 euro per day. Not enough elevators for such a big hotel. It was not VERY clean and maintained. Room view was good (sea view) but was very noisy (especially the bathrooms). Soundproofing needs to be done.
