Peaceful location, generally good facilities, friendly staff, value for money, pleasing ambience. The room was extremely confortable, clean and luxurious; we especially liked the terrace with the long chairs. The bedding (a nice new duvet) was extremely confortable. The breakfast buffet was very very good, it is especially pleasant to eat outside on the terrace. The environment of the hotel was very peaceful and calm...this was by far the best hotel we stayed in during out 10 day circuit-stay in Tenerife.all reviews »
Quiet and peaceful settting , impressive views from terrace and public areas, hotel concept and design, well presented, characterful bedrooms opportunity to enjoy good quality Canarian cuisine, excellent pool . Good service levels. the location, ease of parking, the staff were friendly, the cook was excellent, the facilities were good. In no particular order, peace, quiet, staff, swimming pool, food. Beautiful setting but not far from places to visit especially Puertu. good local walks and friendly local people.Lovely rooms and well equiped -good patio for outside sitting,. The wooden ceiling in the ground floor room meant one could hear every footstep in the bedroom above which woke us several times during the two nights people were there. The BBC World Service tv programme rarely connected owing to a fault in the hotel's receiver which was not fixed despite repeated requests. The evening meal was expensive and terrible. Perhaps the dish of the day was simply a bad choice, but we ate far better food for a much more reasonable price by going to Puerto for our evening meals.Weaker service levels on management team rest days - Sunday, Monday. no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, having to book evening meal at breakfast, staff were very good but seemed overworked. Difficult to find in the dark when first arriving. Sometimes difficult to find the staff when needed.

-Take Autopista del Sur (Southern motorway) towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife (north).
-Once in Santa Cruz de Tenerife you have to take the Autopista del Norte (Northern motorway) towards Puerto de la Cruz until the exit number 39 in Los Realejos.
-Take the first and the second roundabout towards Los Realejos until Realejo Alto and in the main square take the main road ‘Icod el Alto – La Guancha’, you will pass by the ‘El Mirador El Lance’ (a viewpoint) until ‘Icod el Alto’ and after a little gas station turn right and follow the signs for the hotel.
From Los Rodeos Airport (North Tenerife): Distance: 27 km
-Head towards Puerto de la Cruz and Los Realejos and turn off for Icod el Alto.
