  This hotel has all the facilities a modern hotel should have. The gadgets in the rooms are excellent. The programmable room safe is a very good idea. The view of the city from the roof is recommended as is the spa and sauna in the basement. An all round excellent place to stay. - The interior of the hotel and the room is very beautiful.   The location was perfect, the staff are courteous, polite and helpful. I loved the rooms, they are big and clean. Also, I asked the reception about local places to go and hang out and listen to good music, and they were more than willing to show me where to go. Furthermore, I arrived very early and they accomodated me and allowed me to check in ... what people say » at 10 am. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. - All the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. We were a bithesitant after reading some unfavorable reviews on the website, however,our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, excellent location, nocomplaints at all. We definitely recommend the hotel

  It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   Everythig was well organised especially as we were travelling as a group. The staff very helpful and courteous. - Primarily the location, but the room was a good size and very quiet due to double gazed doors.
