  Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. - Lo... what people say » ved this hotel. Beautiful. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Actually acted like they were happy to have us staying at their hotel in their beautiful city. Arrived early morning and got right into our room. Not the usual "wait until 3:00 p.m." like other European hotels we've stayed in.

  Staff were excellant and could not be more accomodating. Modern boutique decor hotel with great location to all attrctions. Room was luxurious and clean- a real haven to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Room service was impressively quick. Restaurant fitted with quality of hotel and delicious food.   Owner was extremely helpful in giving us keys despite delays to our flight. Excellent central location with metro acess only 5 minutes away. Great value for money. - Living in this apartment we had a lot of independence, which we've enjoyed very much. The owner was very accommodating as our flight was delayed two hours and we got in really late, much later than we agreed on and were unable to call until we landed.

  Everythig was well organised especially as we were travelling as a group. The staff very helpful and courteous. - Primarily the location, but the room was a good size and very quiet due to double gazed doors.
