Albert was very helpful and informative, we had a slight problem on our first night with the occupants in the two apartments above coming in drunk at different times and ringing our door bell. We were not very happy, but Albert spoke to them and we didn't here them for the rest of our stay. The apartment was very well situated for what we wanted, Las Ramblas and Camp Nou. It was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment at the end of a long day out walking.

The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and was very well appointed. It was very roomy for five people and the staff was helpful. My only small complaint is the street noise which was present throughout the night and could not be blocked. Of course this is the price you pay for such a convenient location on a big city, but if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Otherwise a fantastic choice.

Great location and walking distance to popular tourist attractions like
sagrada familia, passeing gracia, and la rambla. 4 adults in a 2 bedroom
and 2 bathroom apt made our stay week long stay comfortable. Apt unit
had a/c and heat which was nice. Having a full kitchen helped our
budget by eating in breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner. Having a
working lift made staying in the top floor a must. Beautiful views of

We loved the size of the room and all It's facilities (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ...). The room was clean and check in was really easy. There was also a little booklet explaining everything in the room and a welcome bottle of cava. The huge selection of travel guides was also a great bonus and helpfull in planning our daytrips. -

The staff are top-notch. Very few luxury hotels are able to balance friendliness with efficiency like Hotel Bagues. It's a rare gift to offer the experience they do for guests. The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic, too, and despite being on the La Rambla - with a room overlooking it - at night we could only hear the faintest of sounds. Luxuriously decorated, but cosy, the entire hotel is a really lovely experience.
