The house is well equipped with everything that you would need to make you feel at home, from coffee machine to free wifi, to washing machine and dryer. The location is right smack in the middle of the shopping area. Lots of nice cafe and restaurants around. The old town is just a short distance away by taxi or metro. Communication with the property is efficient and Irene the representative in-charge who met us upon arrival is polite and efficiently showed us around the house showing how to use.
all reviews » Its a very spacious flat.. The location is perfect its just minutes walk of what you need (restaurants, cafes, shopping, major streets) Its also very clean.. Would stay in the same place again and again and will recommend to all. Apartment was spacious and clean. Location was perfect, 3 blocks from Playa de Catalunya. Wi-Fi available in apartment, huge plus. Restraurants, café and supermarkets nearby. Excellent Location. We visited for the Moto GP. Very easy to get to and excellent public transport links. Irene was excellent, no hassle at all. proximity of the apartament to all important sightseeing places. comfort staying more private than in a hotel premises. everything actually-all needs catered for. the beds were the best we have slept in for accommodation away from home. Some of the things are starting to show signs of ageing like the washing machine handle giving way, but when you feedback the problem, they sent down the technician within the hour to fix it. So that is a minor problem. The only thing missing is a safe box (although its in a very secured building). Lift was very small. Could not take my wife, myself and our luggage up to the 8th floor. Dishwasher had items left in after last use. Drainage of shower was very slow. The published address for the apartment wasn't actually where it was. We chose largely for location but actually we were a long way away from the action. Had to get taxis but didn't bother us too much, just a bit disappointing initially. Bed lamp was insecure Garbage Bin lid Broken Only one Sheet on bed Soft pillows. Uncomfortable pillows Cleaning of the appartment can be better. Third bedroom no closet space or washroom , no hangers in second bedroom, no washer and dryer instructions, not enough toilet paper , apartment 2nd one on Garcia, not a true 2 bedroom, toilet paper - half a roll left, shower knob on hot water broke- struggled to turn water on in shower. Booking in process. We had to phone and wait for a response from the representative. We had to check our bags into a locker service on arrival and departure because there is no consider he service on site. Entry and lift to apartment small and cramped. Extras charged for cleaning 50€ surely this should be included in the price?! And wireless internet that only worked in the living room. Second bedroom??? Very small, no privacy and ants in the bed! No mirror in second bedroom. Couldn't reach hanging space? Unable to benefit from air conditioning once blind (no door!) down. Expecting loungers and chairs etc. as in photos on site. Unable to use dryer as could not access drawer to empty water - travelled home with wet clothes. The location is different than what they've posted on booking.

Please note, the following surcharges apply for late check-in: 21:00 until 23:00- EUR 30 23:00 until 01:00- EUR 50 Please note, you cannot check in after 01:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. Towels and bed linen are included. A damages deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival, by credit card. It will be refunded once the apartment has been checked.
