  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road.   Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. The Airbus station is just few minutes away and since we traveled by air we enjoyed the cheap and efficient bus transportation.
