The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The location was so central, 2 minutes to the New town,

Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained.
The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening.
Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained.
Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities.
All in all, really enjoyed

The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!!

A great place to holiday -
It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

Very good standard of decor. Reasonable price for internet (1 Euro for 15 minutes). Grounds very well maintained. - Apartments are perfectly located and are within walking distance of everything. Chambermaids were very nice.

The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed for one week in the apartment. It is not far away from the beach, approx 7 min. Room was cleaned 5 times for 7 days that is great. Stayed here a few times before and will again. Great location close to everything. Great value for money also for the budget conscious. Has all the facilities one may need and is perfectly clean. Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) -
it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice
