Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids). it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice pool area, basic but that's all we expected, all in all a good all round inexpensive place to stay.

It was a quite location which meant you got to sleep which is important with children. they were clean and comfortable which is all you need as you spend most of your time by the pool. If you are looking for accomodation at a cheap price then this is the place for you. Do not expect anything other than 2 star living. The appartments are close to all shops, bars and the beach. It was clean and quiet close to main resort. Clean, quiet and good value for money. Everything was grand except.the bed's weren't comfortable at all.staff v nice and polite and helpful at all times. no kettle or toaster, we had the same sheets and towels all week,. Rooms are not very well sound proofed The cooking pot to boil water in was old, no kettle. The lounge chairs are on the older side and some cover would help. The surrounding of the pool could use some extra plants to make it more cozy. Water in the pool was very cold. Bed clothes, blanket too old thread bare also towels thread bare. Older staff member bit grumpy, feel like school! They could make it great few umbrellas, bit of piped music. Minimal number of dishes/pans/ cutlery could do with few more but manageable. No kettle or toaster but can use pan and grill in microwave as substitutes. Dogs barking at all hours in the neighbouring houses. Anything at all. No kettle!. Pool very cold. Bed sheets a bit frayed, but very clean. some english customers. A little bit dated. there is nothing I could fault as you get what you pay for. Very tired and threadbear accomodation. So threadbear in fact the top cover of my bed was in HOLES. No kettle!. No kettle, no toaster; cold bedroom, requested blankets were provided only 2 days later as they're apparently in shortage of them. Nincs vízforraló és kenyérpirító. They would,nt take credit card insisted on cash kept saying machine was broken. Kitchen equipment really basic for a self catering apartment. Our beds were so uncomfortable.i had a pain in my back each morning i got up.they should really invent in new beds.also no toaster or kettle in our apartment. pool was not properly maintained children got rash when i spoke to owner he was v dismissive.
