  Great location across street from Retiro park. Room decor was much better in person than photos showed on the internet. Easy walk to central shopping,restaurants, and museums. Much better value than other hotels in this upscale neighborhood. The Ritz and The Palace just around the corner and are way more expensive -- the rooms at the Savoy Petit P... what people say » alace are not equivalent to those hotels, but still very nice in great neighborhood for 1/3 the price. - Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

  The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were satisfactory. - Staff were lovely, it was great to have a three bedroom apartment ... what people say » with two bathrooms, dishwasher and washing machine.   The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

The hotel is on a quiet side street; there was absolutely no street noise. Nicely designed, well equipped for a longer stay with dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen (we were there ... what people say » for only one night so didn't use). - Great concept, amazing apartment. Upside independence, downside, no livebeing could assist us, very frustrating experince. However the next day the staff apologized and gave us a voucher for parking, which helped.

The apartment was spacious, sunny, and offered full amenities for all of our needs during our stay in Madrid. The location is very central to many points of interest around the city, and there were some great restaurants in the neighborhood. Her suggestions for good restaurants were perfect, and offered some of the best f - We arrived very late, about 11.45pm, and Juan was there to welcome us. He took time to explain the surroundings and to tell us what and where to visit. Our apartment was fabulous, large airy, bright, very well equipped and it was squeeky clean!! The location was brilliant, very central, but quite residential,Ioved sitting on the balcony and people watching, and the soundproofing was very effective. Overall, a really great place to stay, I would recommend The Central Suites to anybody visiting

I was traveling with my mom and we felt like we were with family form the lobby until the kitchen everyone is so helpful, the locations is great you go to the terrace and you have the Royal Palace right on from of you. we were like 5 minutes wa... what people say » lking to the public transportation. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
