Please note that arrivals outside the normal reception opening times are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is payable on arrival by credit card. This will be refunded after departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please note that parties are not allowed in the property. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle General Alvarez de Castro 16, 28015 Madrid. Please inform Friendly Rentals Olavide in advance of your expected arrival time.
