What people say

Swimming pool and air con in the summer - a must. The location. the location and security. The price. 1- they take extra 60 euro for cleaning and it was not shown clearly in booking .com 2- the fitness center they have is not working or at least I fount it closed twice 3- they take 300 euro as a deposit for security and cut it from my credit card, finally they turn it back to my account but the point here why I have to pay 300 euro for security? and it was not ahown at all in booking .com 4- no tv in the bed room.

As there is no reception, please let Apartamentos Fuencarral Luxury know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Late check-in fees, payable in cash: EUR 30 after 21:00 EUR 50 after 23:00. A damages deposit of EUR 300 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please note that there is an obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 60 which is not included in the rate.
