  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel... what people say » ico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

The single room was larger than many others I have stayed in. Spacious and very pleasant public seating area. Very pleasant cafe/bar with good economically priced food.Perfect location and even though the rooms faced onto the main road, excellent double glazing ensured a peaceful nights sleep.

  It was my first experience to stay in a hostel. And I was not disappointed. The room windows were faced inside that is why it was quietly. The room was small, but it was very clean. The room was cleaned every day. Beds were very wide like double. The mattress and pillow were quite comfortable, linen was clean and of good quality. There was free W... what people say » i-Fi in the room. It was some slowly, but quite acceptable. The insulation is not good, but it is a disease practically of all 3 & 4 stars hotels. - Everything. Holiday inn Express without the frills yet still a personal touch. Right downtown. 1 block or so from Gran Via subway (metro station stop. Safe. 24 hr desk. 3 levels of security; building, hotel, then your room. Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes. Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets. I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.

  I just stayed for one night. Has a very central location and the room is correct. We stayed in a family room whit four beds and a bathroom. Next time in Madrid, i will come back! - The views are amazing, The location!, Nice water pressure

  Great location for access to the northern business district and just minutes to walk to the Castellana and nearest bus/metro. Breakfast vg value and wide range of food on offer to suit all tastes. Plentiful hot water and good shower pressure! Wifi everywhere with fast access. Very good value for money for a 3 day stay. A definite recommend. - Fab... what people say » ulous staff, very clean, great facilities. Great value for money. The only down side is the parking on the street is valid for maximum 1 hour although the hotel does offer parking at an additional cost. We would definitely stay here again.

  yes about the price it was a promotion no refundable but to find such an hotel directly in the center with a parkcar at 100 meters ,very very clean without air con but a fan ,you had to look for it was SUPER!! - The staff was great. They were friendly and always took some time to chat with us.
