Madrid Hotels

The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - Selin

The room was very big, comfortable and the staff were excellent. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. He makes a good impressio for the hotel and surely made my stay a pleasant one. - Simone

The location is great, clean lovely rooms at the 4th floor. Staff always pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Reserve a room at the 4th floor facing the back large patio. Otherwise rooms facing Calle Cruz are very noisy until 5:00 AM mainly on weekends. We would certainly return. - Ofer

Although it is rated as 2 starts, the comfort is like 3 or even 4 stars hotel - the rooms and the bathrooms are big, the decoration is excellent, very cozy atmosphere. Situated right in the city center, easy access to main atractions, one step to the metro station. Coffee mashine and drinks mashine available at the floor, also computer with Internet. - Irina
