Every thing has been perfect!! Fantastic Hotel!! You are you just opposite the congress palace, metro line are near the hotel ( "Beniferri" 4 minutes by foot and "Palao de congressos" only 2 minutes!). The staff was very friendly and you could always bother them with any questions about the city and what to visit. We could also make reservation for certain attractions such as the Ciudad de las Ciencias - The quality and price of the hotel and the service. It was easy to access the centre of Valencia.

Excellent hotel. We liked everything. Very comfortable. Spacious room, large windows, fantastic view to the city, good modern kitchen perfectly equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Nice furniture. We felt as if we were at home. Very good location in a calm modern area, close to the metro station and to the supermarket.

The hotel is off the center so it is easy to access from the motorways by car. Despite that it is not located in the city center, it has a very good connection by public transport (1 line 3 stops but keep an eye on the timetable, especially at late evenings). The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Parking is free on the streets

The breakfast was awesome: crepes, a variety of breads, cheeses, meats, pastries, yogurts, juices and coffee.
Also, when I discovered at 10 pm that the thermostat control in my room was broken, the staff changed me to a room across the hall a few minutes later.
Overall service was very good. The women who worked there were very nice and helpful in every way!

The bed and mattress were very comfortable. Staff gave us a larger room as we were travelling with two children. The welcome children and don’t charge them for breakfast like Tryp Azafata did. Casual Hostel was definitely unique, in a good way. Never met any staff, as the entrance was automated with an ATM type machine to get the key. The decor of the rooms is very fun, and gives a good vibe. The room was clean and the bed huge and comfortable. Nice mini-muffins by the bed on entry and nice printed directions to sites and transportation provided. Great value.

... what people say » d burger king so it is central for everybody - Easy to reach from the airport by metro, although there is a lot of stairs not escalators if you have a lot of luggage. The breakfast was excellent and very good value for money.
