Great location, family friendly, excellent restaurant, friendly staff. Near to Metro and Tram, cleanliness.Almost everything. Very close to subway and supermarket. Nice personel, clean rooms.Helpfull staff. Very helpful staff and proximity to the metro. Service excelent. Food appalling. They advertise a pool which was closed. Some beautiful April days would would have been nice to lounge at the pool even if swimming unavailable, although pool was filled with water. The hotel should be more honest and post the pool open/closed dates.
