  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road.   Excellent location, quiet room. The room was very pleasant and so were the public areas of the hotel. The staff was very kind, efficient and helpful. The Airbus station is just few minutes away and since we traveled by air we enjoyed the cheap and efficient bus transportation.   The location was excellent with great transport links on your doorstep and the Gaudi house opposite the apartments. The view from the clean and stylish roof top was brilliant and the two small pools was perfect for a small dip but dont expect to do length in them! Apartment was in a nice location (near good pizza place, grocery stall and tapas). Apartment is old but bed are comfortable, sheets clean, toilet clean and staff friendly.   The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Hotel reception staff were exceptional eg Aritz, Manuel & Zavi - Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.

  Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything.
