This was an awesome stay! The staff really care about what you're up to each day and that you're enjoying the city. In fact after I arrived and dropped off my bags and the gentleman working came running out and said 'where are you going today!' And he helped orientate me to the city awesome!!. wouldn't swith Fornos for another hotel. The interior of the room
is a bit old, looks like from the 80's or so but who cares as

Staff was really helpful and friendly. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).

The location was brilliant! - just off La Ramblas, 2 minutes walk from the metro and 3 minutes walk from a Carrefour supermarket. Our room was simple but comfortable enough for our needs.
