A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost! The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us. Also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar access. - The staff were extremely helpful and could speak english, the air con was excellent and very convenient to park the car in the hotel carpark
