When I arrived to the hotel, the air conditioning had broken, so they moved us to another better hotel. The staff was very kind and they were trying to sodify all our needs. The room was really good and the views from the room of the new hotel (Plaza) were just great. I could see all the Montjuic mountain. - price.

Staff friendly and helpful. - it's a small hotel, we are not very fond of the big hotels with more than 200 rooms and this was a nice size. Also, it's easy to reach from the aerobus.

So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The locality. It is perfect. It is by Plaza Catalunya-the heart of the city. I never needed to use the taxi.
