Useful arrangment, silence, help of hotel staff in desicion of your problems.Very friendly and helpful staff. convenience of location. the staff are friendly and they can speak English well to assist me in communications(bus,subway...etc) and translations. Room service was very helpful. balcony. The hotel is not in the center but that is a pro, it's out of the hectic. No more than 10 minutes by bus from Plaza Catalunya, and with a metro station in the nearby. I asked for a quiet room and I had a very quiet one. Very clean. Nice and large bathroom.
